This 100% PVC-free product has been specifically designed for digital printing on large-format inkjets with solvent inks, but it is also suitable for conversion with latex and UV-cured inks. IP 2522 utilises a special top-coating to promote printability of the highest quality. It is suitable for all indoor applications and because the film offers good levels of UV-resistance, it is also suitable for outdoor applications with up to 2 year durability. It is a plasticiser-free, chlorine-free, environmentally-friendly product that incorporates a waterbased, semi-permanent adhesive system. The highly-effective adhesive provides good adhesion to irregular surfaces, including many low-energy surfaces. The film's levels of flexibility and conformability (even over curved surfaces) further enhances the product's application qualities. Added-value printed output would include all manner of decals, self-adhesive stickers, decoration and signage for hospitals and retail food departments in which the use of products containing plasticisers are typically tightly regulated.
