Delivery of Goods

All Quadient mail machines supplies (Ink, Labels, Envelopes) have several deliver options. Next day orders can only be guaranteed if ordered before 4 pm ET/EST. Please make sure that the correct delivery method is selected in the "Shipping" section of the checkout.

Returns Policy

Should, for any reason, you be unhappy with your supplies that you have ordered, please contact Customer Service by chatting with us or calling at 1-800-636-7678 to initiate a return and refer to following returns conditions.

Terms and Conditions of Goods Returned

1. A return must be initiated no later than 90 days after the initial order.

2. All products returned must be unused and in the original packaging**

3. The credit will be rejected for all goods returned that are not fit for re-sale**

4. Returning any extra/incorrect products that are not on the return may result in no credit being raised. Please chat with us or call at 1-800-636-7678 if you have any discrepancies

5. The customer must return goods using a method whereby PROOF OF DELIVERY is obtainable if required

6. Packaging must be secure and deemed fit for transport

7. Ink being returned, if suspect faulty, will be tested. If confirmed as faulty no credit will be issued.

8. Defective ink may follow a different process.

**This does not apply to any goods returned as defective. Failure to comply with any of the above will result in no credit being raised.
