How to order Frama ink cartridges and supplies

 

Dear customer, dear FRAMA franking machine user, welcome to your new eShop.

Frama is now a member of the Quadient family. This new eShop is available for Frama franking machine users from 1st of July 2024 to order your Frama ink cartridges and supplies. 

To get started simply browse the Frama Consumables category, where will find all the products you need to operate your Frama franking machine.

Once you have chosen your products, you will be prompted to log in. For security reasons, we couldn't retrieve your login details from the previous FRAMA eShop.

Therefore, you will to create a new account on this eShop. You can do this during your first order online or at any time using the profile icon in the top right-hand corner.

During the registration process, you'll be asked to fill in your profile information and enter your Account Location Number and postcode. This enables us to automatically retrieve your account information and provide you with personalised offers. 

You will easily find your postcode and Account Location Number information on your new Quadient invoices, and in the emails you have received to register for the eShop.

 

What do I do if I have a problem?

  • "When creating my customer account, I get an error message after validating my account"
    Your account may already exist. In this case, please use the "Forgotten password option" and follow the steps.
  • "I have clicked on After 'Forgotten your password', but I haven't received an email". Please check your "junk" folder.
    If you did not receive an email, you probably don't have an account and you'll need to start the registration process again.

For security reasons please keep in mind that:

  • We will never ask you for your password - it is strictly personal.
  • Any account that is inactive for more than 12 months will be deactivated - to prevent this from happening, we will send you a reminder email to login a few weeks beforehand.
  • If your account has been deactivated, you can reactivate it by using the "Forgotten password" link.
